1980 – Singapore. MTM Group established with the
               goal of building an owning and operating
               company within the chemical and product
               tanker sector.

1981 – Westport, Connecticut. Office established.

1984 – Rotterdam. Office established.

1985 –Company operating worldwide as an
              operator in chemicals and vegetable oils.

1986 – Hong Kong. Office established.

1987 – First vessel purchased.

1988 – MTM Ship Management Singapore
               established.

1997 – Brokerage business sold and focus shifted
               to Ship Owning and Operating.

1998 – 2005 Acquired a fleet of 19 sophisticated
               stainless steel chemical tankers of 16,000
               -33,000MT dwt.
