Our strength lies in our competent pool of seafarers. In Yangon, Myanmar and in Mumbai, India we have our own manning office. MTMSM has also established a relationship with a manning office in Manila to recruit Filipino officers and ratings where necessary.

Our Chemical - experienced seafarers mainly come from Myanmar whereas on Product and Crude tankers we draw upon the experience of Indian seafarers.
