MTM operates its own Manning and Training Center in Yangon, Myanmar since 1993. With a history of building up Officers from deck and engine cadets,
MTM has highly experienced officers especially in the field of chemical carriers. All our officers are certified as per STCW requirements and in addition enjoy vessel specific training in our in-house training center prior to joining a vessel.

MTM Myanmar also operates its own Medical center which not only coordinates the pre-joining medical requirements of the seafarers but also the continual health of our seafarers due to their service on board Chemical carriers.
