Founded in Singapore as a ship brokerage company for chemical and vegetable/palm oil cargo, the company quickly expanded and opened offices in the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Rotterdam on the back of signed contracts with Saudi Arabian chemical producers and major US oil companies

Rajiv began his sea career in 1983, sailing as Captain on OBOs and large crude tankers with Orient Ship Management (Hongkong) and Acomarit Ship Management (UK) until 1998.
In 1999, Rajiv came ashore for Eurasia Ship Management where, between 1999 & 2007, he held various positions in Ship Management, Marine Insurance, Post Chartering & Consultancy Services, with his last role having been the head in Eurasia’s business development activities in Europe & Asia. When Eurasia merged with parent company – Bernhard Schulte in 2007, Rajiv was appointed Director Crewing Services.
In 2011, Rajiv joined M.T.M. Ship Management Pte Ltd in Singapore as General Manager for their ship management services & worked in that function until 2020 when he was appointed Managing Director of M.T.M. Ship Management.
Dimitris has a technical and business development background with studies in Mechanical Engineering (City University), Management Information Systems (LSE) and Naval Architecture (Southampton). In 2002 he started his career in the Technical Department of a medium sized private company operating Bulk Carriers and Product Tankers.
Within the next 10 years he gained invaluable experience on all aspects of ship management and in 2012 he was appointed Managing Director. Dimitri’s involvement expanded in commercial management, developing new business opportunities and innovative partnering structures, as well as exploring emerging technologies for increasing vessels’ and companies’ overall performance.
In 2019, following a successful $100M Joint Venture in the MR Product Tanker segment, Dimitris joined MTM Group as Director of Business Development and head of the Greek office.
Hariharan started his sea career with Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) after graduating from Directorate of Marine Engineering Training in 1980. From 1980 to 1995 he sailed with SCI on tankers and dry ships. He was Chief Engineer from 1989 to 1995.
In 1995, Hariharan came ashore as a Superintendent in Garware Shipping in India, then moved to Univan Ship Management in Hongkong in 1999 as a Superintendent where he gained experience in management of various types of tankers & dry vessels. In 2003, he joined Eurasia Ship Management in Hong Kong & later moved to their Singapore office as Technical Manager. In 2009, Hariharan joined Varun Shipping in India as Sr General Manager and was promoted to Vice President (Technical).
In 2014, Hariharan joined M.T.M. Ship Management Pte Ltd in Singapore as Deputy General Manager and was promoted to General Manager in September 2020.
